Aemclothes promises that within 30 days after receiving the goods if you do not like the purchased goods, you need to ensure that the goods are in good condition (without affecting the secondary sales), and they will provide you with return and exchange services:
1) Definition of “within 30 days”: the calculation starts from the second day after the receipt of the logistics display.
2) Definition of good product integrity (should meet the following four items at the same time):
A. The product has not been used, looks brand new, original quality (no creases, no odor, no wear, pollution, or damage caused by use, washing, etc.).
B. The outer packaging of the product is intact (the original manufacturer’s packaging or seal has not been opened, displaced or torn).
C. All accessory accessories of the product (such as product identification, packaging, tags, accessories, etc.) are complete.
D. Customized products will not be returned after the plan is determined.
Return process
First, please contact the online customer service to communicate with you and confirm your return or exchange request, then you can send the product to us. Otherwise, we will refuse to accept any responsibility.
Once confirmed, please send the returned product, which must be brand new, unused, in the original box and/or packaging, and include all labels.
After the goods are shipped, please send the courier information and your personal information to our service staff, which will speed up the processing efficiency of your return and exchange application.
After receiving your product, we will confirm the product. If this is the case, we will process your return request within 24 working hours to arrange a refund. The refund time is the same as the order cancellation refund time.
Cancel the order
We only accept cancellations within 30 minutes of placing an order. Cancellation of orders after 30 minutes is not supported as processed orders cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile. Refunds will be made upon successful cancellation of the order.
Please allow us 24 hours within working days to process your canceled order. Orders that cannot be canceled need to be returned after you receive the package, and we will issue a refund within 1-2 working days after receiving the package.
Refund
Refunds due to customer subjective factors are required to be returned after the customer receives the goods. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. We will arrange a refund within 1-2 working days after receiving the goods and confirming that they are correct. If it is overdue, please contact our customer service center and we will help you to check and handle it (the specific refund time depends on the situation, so please be patient and don’t rush).
