Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order and track your delivery at any time. If you are a registered user, you can find all order-related information in your My Account.

What are our shipping areas?

Due to Covid-19, international shipping is unstable and we only offer to ship within the continental US. Subsequent relevant adjustments will be announced on the website.

Delivery

  • When your payment is successful, we will process your orders and send them out within 1-2 working days (extended holidays).
  • The approximate delivery date of the product is 3-12 working days after the order is confirmed. In case of special circumstances, the customer service center will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100. Orders of $100 or less are subject to $6 shipping.
  • Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).

Notice

When your package enters the delivery process, you will receive an SMS notification with the tracking number. The courier company will take over the next process from our warehouse. Once the order enters the delivery process, we will not be able to artificially speed up or delay its delivery time.
All our items will be shipped to the buyer’s address provided by the buyer, please confirm your address before payment.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time period, we recommend that you:

  • Check that the shipping address is correct.
  • If the delivery fails, please contact the courier company.
  • For further assistance, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Taxes

Since we currently only ship to the continental United States, your order is not subject to duties, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees or any additional charges. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for the excise tax on the goods and we are not responsible for any tax.

Lost package

We are not responsible for your lost package, but if you find your package lost during shipping, please contact us and we will help you contact the courier and do our best to minimize your loss.

Shipping delay

Please confirm that your receiving information is filled in correctly. If the receiving information is wrong, please be responsible for yourself. If the shipping information is correct and you have not received the product more than 60 days after it was shipped, you can choose to have it refunded or have it shipped directly to you for a replacement.

Processing delay

If your order takes too long to process (more than 10 working days, no special instructions), you can ask for a refund or contact our customer service, we will arrange shipment and send you a $3 coupon immediately after verification.
